RGF Protects both Buyers and Sellers from Fraud. RGF adds trust to the transaction.

We reduce the potential risk of fraud by acting as a trusted third party that collects, holds and disburses funds according to Buyer and Seller instructions. Professional Escrow services are provided by RGF.

Protection for both the Buyer and the Seller:

• Buyer receives and inspect the Package before the Seller is paid.
• Seller receives their money if the Buyer accepts the Package.

 

 

1. Parties Agree to Terms
Both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the purchase, the deposit, sale price, number of days for the Buyer to pay before the offer expires and other pertinent information.

2. Buyer Pays RGF. The Buyer instructs their bank to send a wire transfer to our bank account. RGF verifies receipt of the payment.

3. RGF deliversand processes the change in ownership to the Buyer's Designated Name Upon deposit payment verification; the purchased item is shipped to RFG for verification purposes and then forwarded to the Buyer.

4. RFG Pays the Seller The transaction is complete.

The Buyer has the Inspection Period to approve the item. If dissatisfied, the Buyer must contact RGF and we will pick up the item and send it back to the Seller. Once the Seller has received the items and confirmed that they are in satisfactory condition, RGF will release the funds back to the Buyer. In any case, on return, the Seller is responsible for escrow fees, return shipping fees and original shipping fee.

 

RFG is an accredited escrow company, acts as a secure third party to protect all parties

• RGF processes the paperwork for change of title
• RGF Tracks the shipments and verifies delivery.
• The seller is NOT paid until the purchase is shipped and the Buyer receives the package.

• RGF confirms when the Buyer receives the Package.
• The Title is not transferred until Payment is free and clear.
• Sold items ship only after RGF verifies funds are free and clear.
